Infinios Inspires is new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focused on charitable commitment to Bahrain and the local community. The initiative will cover a wide range of activities in sports, charity, environment, ethics and culture and will include the following key areas.

1. People

As of now, 95% of our products are delivered digitally, and we utilize energy efficient data centers and cloud hosting operators. We will also make efforts to recycle materials and conserve energy wherever possible. The Company endeavors in developing sustainable solutions for its customers and within its operations. Our products help customers operate more efficiently while reducing their environmental impacts. We offer cashless transactions, non-face-to-face account opening, paperless banking, cloud-based software delivery, paperless workflows, and virtual collaboration which all helps to reduce physical waste and cut emissions from transportation and shipping.

Infinios has implemented standards, processes and systems to ensure that we always apply the highest levels of personal and professional integrity. Our commitment towards good corporate governance is evident in our policies and procedures and is held to the highest standards by our Board of Directors, regulators, auditors and other stakeholders.

4. Community

In addition to the recruitment of experienced human capital, Infinios provides exciting and engaging internship opportunities for talented young Individuals across various functions. All our interns are given learning & development opportunities in addition to on-the-job experience and approximately 60% of our interns’ transition to full time employees. Beyond creating competitive jobs, we are committed to act responsibly through participation in a broad range of community initiatives and charity programs.
